Pro.So – Global Startup & Executive Retreat

In May 2025, Pro.So, an association bringing together startup founders, CEOs, and executives — all former MIT alumni from around the world — decided to meet in Tuscany for three days of sharing, brainstorming, and engagement.
We were contacted just 10 days before their arrival with the challenge of designing a full three-day program combining professional sessions with memorable leisure activities.

We managed all international and domestic transfers from multiple airports to bring participants together at a luxury 5-star estate in the heart of Maremma, Tuscany.

The program included:

• Morning business sessions in fully equipped meeting rooms, designed for both small group discussions and full assembly gatherings.
• Afternoon and evening experiences curated to delight the palate, ignite passions, and encourage networking.
• A creative and meticulously planned treasure hunt through the hills, towns, and villages of Maremma, with participants driving vintage cars — we arranged the transfer of 20 classic vehicles directly to the hotel gardens for the start of the event.
• Tuscan product tastings highlighting local delicacies.
• A private visit to a local vineyard and winery, including a guided tour and wine tasting of their finest labels.
